How do I log a shot quickly?
Tap Log. Everything is prefilled from your last shot or the suggestion. Run the timer, adjust the yield, tap a rating and save.

Why does Dialed suggest a grind change?
It combines how your shot tasted (sour or bitter) with how long it ran, and learns how sensitive your grinder is from your own shots on that coffee.

My grinder's numbers go the other way.
Open Settings → Equipment → your grinder and set "Lower number means" to Coarser.

Is my data backed up?
Your data lives on your phone and is included in your device backup (iCloud or computer backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android).

How do I restore Dialed Pro on a new phone?
Open Settings → About Pro → Restore purchases.

How do I cancel the yearly plan?
On iPhone: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Dialed. On Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dialed. You keep all your data either way.
